By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

3. Age Restrictions

The Service Hub Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that data from a minor has been collected, we will delete it promptly.


4. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of personal information from users:

From All Users (Customers & Providers):

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Profile photo
  • Government-issued ID (for identity verification)
  • Ratings and reviews
  • Service booking history
  • Cookies and technical data (browser/device info, IP address)

From Service Providers (in addition to the above):

  • Details of services offered
  • Business information (if applicable)

Payment Information: All payment processing is securely handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.

We do not collect:

  • Audio recordings
  • In-app chat messages (currently unavailable)

5. How We Use Your Information

  • Facilitate bookings and transactions
  • Verify user identities
  • Improve user experience and support
  • Provide customer and provider ratings
  • Maintain account security
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not use your personal data for unsolicited marketing or advertising purposes.


6. Third-Party Services Used

We use the following trusted third-party services:

  • Stripe: Secure payment processing
  • Google Analytics: App and website usage analytics
  • Supabase: Backend, authentication, and secure data hosting
  • Botsonic by Writesonic: AI-powered customer support chatbot
  • Byteoski Developers OPC Pvt Ltd: Contracted app development team under confidentiality obligations

We do not currently use:

  • Firebase
  • Meta/Facebook Pixel
  • Twilio or SendGrid

7. User Rights and Data Control

  • Access your personal data
  • Export your data (by request)
  • Permanently delete your account and associated data

To submit a data request, please contact our support team via the app or website.


8. Data Hosting and Security

All user data is securely stored using Supabase cloud infrastructure.

Our development partner Byteoski Developers OPC Pvt Ltd has limited access to user data solely for development and support, under strict legal and confidentiality agreements.

We use encryption, authentication, and role-based access to safeguard your information.


9. Use of AI

We use AI tools (including Botsonic) to:

  • Answer common questions
  • Navigate users through the app
  • Provide non-automated support

✅ AI does not make automated decisions that affect users financially or legally.


10. Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on federal and provincial tax laws.

Users are responsible for any taxes due based on their location and service booked.


11. International Use

The Service Hub Platform is currently available only in Canada. Accordingly:

  • GDPR (EU): Not applicable
  • CCPA (California): Not applicable

We will revise this Privacy Policy if our services expand internationally.


12. No Liability for Third-Party Providers

Service Hub North America Inc. is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for:

  • The performance, conduct, or outcomes of service providers
  • Damages, injuries, or losses during or resulting from services
  • Health or safety incidents affecting users or providers during services

All engagements are between the customer and the service provider. By using the Platform, users acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.


13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published at:
